1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "57bdt" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated under the domain 57bdt.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and digital interfaces.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any natural person who has registered a 57bdt account or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon completing the 57bdt registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotion terms published on the Platform, the specific rules take precedence for matters directly governed by them; these Terms govern all other matters.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 57bdt registration process, by depositing funds, by placing a bet, or by using any feature of the Platform in any way, you confirm that you:

1. Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
2. Are at least 21 years of age;
3. Are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes;
4. Are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party;
5. Understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to 57bdt is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. 57bdt operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

3.2 Jurisdiction

57bdt is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 57bdt makes no representations that the services offered are appropriate or available in locations outside of Bangladesh, and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited is done entirely at the Player's own risk and legal responsibility.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a 57bdt account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, and a working email address. You must not use fictitious details, aliases, or information belonging to another person. 57bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of any registration detail at any time.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 57bdt account. If 57bdt determines that a player holds multiple accounts — regardless of the name, email address, phone number, payment method, or device used — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. The original account may also be suspended pending investigation.

3.5 KYC Verification

57bdt may request identity verification documents at any stage including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity; and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence for address verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by 57bdt may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 57bdt login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or OTP codes to any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 57bdt support immediately via live chat.

4.2 Account Currency

All 57bdt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, bet amounts, winnings, bonuses, and all other monetary values displayed on the Platform are expressed in BDT unless explicitly noted otherwise. No currency conversion feature is offered on the Platform.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 57bdt reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to the balance of inactive accounts, provided the balance is sufficient to cover the fee. 57bdt will make reasonable efforts to notify the Player before inactivity fees begin to accrue. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 57bdt account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied or the Bonus Funds forfeited. Remaining real-money Balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. 5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's 57bdt Balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be credited. 57bdt does not charge any processing fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 57bdt accepts no responsibility.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

By depositing funds into your 57bdt account, you confirm that the funds belong to you personally and are not derived from any illegal activity. 57bdt is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds are held for the purpose of betting and gaming on the Platform only.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same 57bdt account, and only in the name of the verified account holder. Before processing any withdrawal, 57bdt may require completion of KYC verification. Players who have received Bonus Funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-derived portion of their balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are determined by account verification tier and payment method. Fully KYC-verified accounts have access to the highest available withdrawal limits. 57bdt reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in multiple instalments at its sole discretion.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, Monday through Sunday including public holidays in Bangladesh. Mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within 3 hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.4 Withdrawal Refusal

57bdt reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) the Player's identity has not been verified to the required standard; (b) the withdrawal is suspected to be connected to fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity; (c) the account is under active investigation; or (d) the Player has a pending dispute or chargeback. In all such cases, 57bdt will notify the Player and provide a reasonable explanation where permitted by applicable law.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 57bdt are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a 57bdt account carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires total bets of ৳20,000 to be placed before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited; any uncleared Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at the expiry of this window.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

57bdt operates sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that minimise risk to satisfy wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both outcomes of the same event), using automated software to place bets, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. 57bdt reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts involved in bonus abuse without prior notice.

7.4 Welcome Bonus

New 57bdt Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the minimum deposit threshold and wagering requirements stated in the welcome promotion terms active at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per verified player and once per household, device, or IP address.

8 Betting Rules & Game Play

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 57bdt Platform are subject to the specific game rules published within each game or sports betting market. A bet is considered accepted only when it has been confirmed by the Platform and assigned a unique bet reference number. 57bdt reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or clearly incorrect odds or payout being displayed, 57bdt reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings resulting from a manifest error are not valid and will not be paid. A manifest error includes but is not limited to: odds significantly out of line with the market, game paytables displaying incorrect values, and system-generated duplicate bets.

8.3 Sportsbook — Cricket and Other Markets

Cricket betting markets at 57bdt cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. All sporting bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. If a match is abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to the affected market will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

8.4 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games hosted by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by the individual studio's game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round based on the last confirmed game state. If completion is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 57bdt Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under false or third-party details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bet settlements;
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies in connection with 57bdt bonuses;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to launder money;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage including registration or KYC;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by 57bdt;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 57bdt support staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 57bdt Platform — including but not limited to the 57bdt brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive property of 57bdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; use the 57bdt brand or logo for any commercial purpose; or create derivative works based on Platform content.

13 Limitation of Liability

57bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any technical failure, outage, or data loss; (c) any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform; or (d) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 57bdt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 57bdt is not responsible for any loss caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside of 57bdt's direct control.

14 Amendments & Termination

14.1 Amendments

57bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or in-platform announcement at least 7 days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without advance notice. The version of the Terms published on the Platform at any given time is the current binding version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14.2 Termination by 57bdt

57bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within specified timeframes; account inactivity; or receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction requiring account closure. Where an account is closed due to Player breach, any Balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of these Terms for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 13, and 15 — shall remain in full force and effect.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 57bdt Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact the 57bdt support team via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. 57bdt will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days (BST, UTC+6).

If an informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial dispute being raised, either party may pursue the matter through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law. 57bdt's liability in any dispute is limited as described in Section 13 above.

These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English language version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy or ambiguity.
